It blends technical knowledge and hands-on training in key areas such as footwear manufacturing, sewing machine operation, pattern making, production management, merchandising, supply chain, warehousing, commercial operations, and soft skills.
This course is created by the Centre of Excellence for Leather Skill Bangladesh Limited (COEL) in collaboration with Axis Meta under the BRIDGE Program.
Course Overview
The Certificate in Supervising in Leather Products Manufacturing is a 23-day intensive course that prepares participants for direct entry into the leather and footwear manufacturing industry. Combining both classroom instruction and practical application, this course ensures trainees are industry-ready with real-time experience and soft skill training.
