Course Overview
The Career Guidance and Employment Support program is a training designed to build participant capacity in supporting apprentices as they transition from training to employment or entrepreneurship.

Course Objectives

Training Methodology
The training will use an interactive online format, combining short lectures, practical demonstrations, role-play, mock interviews, group discussions, and case-based exercises. Localized examples from Bangladesh’s employment and entrepreneurship ecosystem will be used to contextualize the learning.
Assessment Methods

Active participation in role-plays, mock interviews, and group tasks

Development of a simple stakeholder engagement plan

Designing a placement tracking sample system (using Google Sheets or Airtable)
