Course Description: This intensive 40-hour training program is designed for prospective and in-service university lecturers to enhance their pedagogical skills and professional development. The program covers key aspects of university teaching, including adult learning theories, curriculum design, classroom management, assessment strategies, communication skills, and professional ethics.
Course Objectives: Upon successful completion of this program, participants will be able to:

- Design and deliver effective lectures and facilitate student-centered learning activities.
